This Privacy Policy explains how PureRPages LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Waste to Worth mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Please read it carefully.
PureRPages LLC is a for-profit business. Items collected through the App are not accepted as charitable donations and do not qualify for tax deductions.

We do not use any analytics, crash-reporting, or diagnostic-tracking SDKs. No usage or device data is transmitted to or processed by any service other than Google Firebase for the core purposes described in this policy.

All third-party service providers (including Firebase) are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. They are not permitted to use your data for their own commercial purposes.
The Waste to Worth app requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function. Here is a summary of the permissions used:

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Waste to Worth service (for example, to maintain a record of completed pickups for our own operational and tax purposes). You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time — see Section 7 below.
Because the Waste to Worth app allows you to create an account, you have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your account:
We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days of a verified request. We may retain limited data (such as aggregated pickup records) for up to 3 years where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate operational reasons — this data will not be used for any other purpose.

Waste to Worth is intended for users aged 18 and older. It is not directed at, marketed to, or designed for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a user under 18, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected data from your child, please contact us at recycle@purerpages.com.
The Waste to Worth app contains no advertisements. We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, display banner or interstitial ads, or share user data with advertising networks. No data is used for ad targeting or behavioral advertising.
The App uses Google Firebase, operated by Google LLC. We encourage you to review their privacy practices:

Your information may be stored and processed in servers located in the United States or other countries where Google Firebase operates data centers. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in these locations. We ensure that any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or App features. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will always reflect when the policy was last updated. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
